Comments: I was looking for a speical Valentine's Day gift for the man I'm dating. I wanted something which had meaning, but was also tasteful. He was born and raised in Silver City, New Mexico, and he often talks about how beautiful it is there. He now lives in Arkansas. I decided I'd bring back a small piece of childhood memories to him as a gift. I found AmericasWonderlands.com online. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found photographs of the Gila Cliff Dwellings in Silver City, New Mexico. I placed my order on Tuesday, February 9, but I was concerned that the photograph wouldn't arrive in time for Valentine's Day. I snet an e-mail to Kevin Ventor, who not only operates AmericasWonderlands.com, but is the photographer of beautiful pictures of the Southwest, and expressed my concern. Comments: The quality of the photograph is fabulous. The only thing that prevented me from ranking as an experience rating of "5" is that a printer hangup delayed the shipping of my photograph. Since I ordered it just in time for a gift, I ended up giving the gift late. However, the receiver enjoyed the photograph so much that I am not sure the timeliness mattered! Also, vendor kept me 100% up-to-date on what was happening throughout the process.

Comments: I was unsure that I could enlarge my photo to 20 x 30. The local camera shop was of no help and said image quality would significantly suffer. After a few questions were answered, I sent my photo to Kevin for enlargement and it tuned out INCREDIBLE!! Service was great (had the enlargement in three days) and there was no issue with the image quality due to the interpolation routines. In fact the owner of the frame shop is planning to send her customers to this site for their enlargements because of the phenomenal quality. I now plan to use this site for my future needs without any worry of quality or service.

Comments: I found that the Digital Photo Enlargement Service was outstanding. The sent a low-resolution JPEG file of 42 KB and recieved not only a 20 X 30 inch print but a 9.3 MB JPEG file on CD-ROM. The image interpolating software used by Kevin increased the effective resolution from 1102 X 732 pixels to 6000 X 9000 pixels. A filter was used to remove digital artifacts. I am very pleased with the result. The service was fast and efficient.

Comments: I am considering signing up for an adventure tour to Supai Village and Havasu Falls, so I was wanting to learn as much as I could about it. The Supai DVD showed me that it is probably even more spectacular and beautiful than I thought. I particularly enjoyed the excellent footage of several of the falls as well as some shots of the trail down to the Colorado River. Now, instead of trying to describe to my family and friends where I've been and what I've seen, I can just show them the video. I received the video quite promptly, by the way, along with a small surprise!

Comments: I purchased the Supai DVD and have really enjoyed it. I visited the Canyon back in August and only took a still camera. It is nice to have the video to be able to look back and see the entire trip. Also we only had time to go in and out in one day so we only saw one set of falls. After seeing the video we are planning a return trip this August.

Comments: I LOVE my new DVD and the cover is so beautiful.. definetely worth the extra $5. I show friends the DVD and often tell them that I ONLY paid $15 and would have happily paid $30. I'm so thrilled and grateful that this DVD was available. We joke about having a DVD of the vacation we have not yet gone on. At least when we do go in September, we will not need to take a Video camera; because we could never produce a better video than I purchased. I'm a very happy customer!

Comments: Lots of nice shots from various angles. Nice choice of music. You didn't show the challenging decent from Havasu Creek to Moonie Falls through the caves and down the metal ladder. That was exciting and risky. Also, when I went during May people were diving into the pools of water next to Havasu Falls and Moonie Falls. I have also heard that getting from Moonie Falls to Beaver Falls has a challenging decent that requires significant upper body strength. I didn't see that.

Comments: Excellent service on delivery of the Kalalau Trail hike on the Kauai Na Pali Coast. The DVD arrived much earlier than I expected (along with a bag of popcorn), and gives me a rough idea of what to expect duirng my hike there in July 2004. I hike the Kalalau Trail every year to Hanakapi'ai Beach and on to the Waterfall, but have never completed the entire 11-mile hike all the way to Kalalau Beach before. The DVD allowed me to see firsthand the dangerous exposed parts of the trail, and better plan the footgear needed to safely do the hike. The views along the Na Pali coastline are outstanding, as is the unexpected shot of the Birds in Paradise "Ultralight", which my wife and I flew in a few years ago. This DVD also allows me to share the trail experience again with family & friends who have also hiked Kalalau with me in the past. This is a real keepsake for us to treasure.
